Tasting Notes

• Smell From its clear ruby-red hue with bright violet reflections, it reveals a fragrant and subtly complex character on the nose. Crisp and refreshing notes of blackberry, raspberry, and the tartness of pomegranate explode distinctly.
• Taste: In the mouth, it is dynamic and energetic. It reveals excellent freshness combined with a good basic structure; the passage on the palate is extremely velvety, smooth, and irresistibly persuasive.

Recommended Pairings

As an atypical red, with marked freshness and delicate tannins, Dumè It is incredibly versatile at the table. Capable of enhancing a classic aubergine parmigiana or tasty pesto lasagne, it also proves to be an inspired (and very contemporary) pairing with oily fish dishes. To be served slightly chilled, 12-14 °C.

Born with its first vintage in 2017, the Dumè was conceptually conceived to be the emblem of drinkability. It is a fresh and fragrant red, created specifically to be shared with joy, in carefree company, and was designed to impress, lending itself beautifully to being drunk even slightly chilled.
