This pinot is an old favorite of Descorchados because of its great value for money, but this is the first vintage to come from Zorzal’s own vineyards, planted in 2020 and now yielding this delicious, incredibly expressive juice. The tannins may be a bit rustic, but at this price where else would you find the combination of those tannins and that abundant fresh and lively fruit found in this Terroir Único? A very varietal pinot, with floral and herbal notes. For quenching your thirst, yes, but also for sausages.
