American single malt. A blend of mesquite smoked and unsmoked whiskey’s finished in ex-sauternes barrels. Non-chill filtered and no age statement. 114 proof (57% ABV). $88 suggested retail. 755 bottles produced. Taste sample from bottle 751. Clear with a sepia to tawny tone. Tightly grouped tears forming on the side of the tasting glass. Banana, apricot, and vanilla right up front, followed by malted barley and biscuit notes. Baking spice reveals itself on subsequent whiffs.
