The Vilarnau Brut Reserva Rosé Delicat Organic is a pale rosé cava, very intense and with a great aromatic complexity. In the nose, it offers the characteristic aromas of a delicate rosé cava. It shows the subtlety of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries. On the palate it is soft, very creamy, fresh and elegant.

Macabeo is mostly used to make mildly acidic and young white wines. As a varietal its shows its gentle acidity complemented by medium body and notes of peach and citrus. It is often used in blends like Cava.
