Winemaker's Notes:
The 2019 Keefer Ranch is the palest, golden color. By far the most classic blanc de blancs the nose is pastry cream and poached pears, showing just a bit of it's autolytic character. The palate is strongly saline with roasted coffee and apricot tart. It finishes extremely clean.
