For just the second time ever, we selected one of the oldest Double Oaked barrels in our rickhouse and released it as a Single Barrel. Aged in South Georgia heat and bottled at 141.6 proof, this rare release delivers remarkable depth and intensity.

Nose: Warm figs and dark syrup lead with layers of toasted marshmallow and a touch of sweet mesquite smoke. Hints of meringue and coconut cream add a soft, confectionery lift.

Taste: Rich and indulgent with dark chocolate cake batter and nougat up front. Roasted fruit syrup and brown butter bring depth, balanced by toasted walnuts.

Finish: Long and composed, with less heat than expected for 141.6 proof. Notes of warm honey, toffee, and a touch of cherry linger with a refined sweetness.
