    Rude service

    While shopping in Schneider’s, I asked if it was possible to taste any wines. The staff said it was not a regular winetasting evening but they had some bottles open and I could sample some. À helpful (female) staffer poured me a taste of a white. Another staffer (male) came and asked her to go do something. He stood outside the little tasting room. I finished my taste and waited for the other woman to come backs. After many minutes, she did not come back so I picked up another bottle to sample it. The male employee said rudely to me, « you can’t do that. ». He didn’t offer to help me or pour a taste. He made it seems like I was à criminal and not a customer. I won’t be coming back to Schneider’s, except possibly to complain to a manager about the rude and demeaning so-called customer service.
