We say this sake was brewed in 2019 and released to the market in 2024. This is an already aged sake that can take additional age, gaining complexity over time, even after you open the bottle. Deep, complex and clean aromas are composed of roasted nuts, malt, black garlic, button mushroom. This will work wonders with meaty dishes, as a stand in for Sherry to add depth to cocktails and cooking, and with chocolate.
