Non-alcoholic with nuanced juniper, citrus, and floral notes, the St. Agrestis Phony Negroni drinks with the same bitterness drinkers of the classic cocktail expect, sans alcohol. We’ve also added carbonation to help mimic the bite that alcohol typically provides. Enjoy chilled straight from the bottle or over ice with an orange twist. Or for a bubbly, low ABV option, top with Prosecco for a Negroni Sbagliato.

The garnet-red drink comes in the same conical bottle as the company’s well-made spirited Negroni and has the same herb and citrus formula. It retains the bitterness you’d expect, but it’s a trifle sweet and, of course, lacks buzz.

Dessert wines are usually any sweet wine drunk with or around a meal. White fortified wines (fino and amontillado sherry) are usually drunk before the meal, and the red fortified wines (port and madeira) drunk after it. Most fortified wines are regarded as distinct from dessert wines, but some of the less strong fortified white wines, are regarded as honorary dessert wines. In the United States a dessert wine is legally defined as any wine over 14% alcohol by volume, which includes all fortified wines.
