Crafted from just 100 barrels, this release incorporates rye backset during fermentation to enhance balance, consistency, and spice — a technique Parker Beam long championed. These barrels matured across four different rickhouses and three floors, where shifting temperatures and airflow shaped a deeply expressive whiskey layered with notes of vanilla, honey, and spice.
