The 2021 vintage produced a beautifully polished and potent expression of Paraduxx’s flagship red blend, with aromas of spiced blueberry, blackberry, licorice and lavender, as well as hints of flint and sandalwood. The luxurious dark berry layers are echoed on the palate, where they are framed by robust tannins, with notions of black cherry, cocoa, lilac and anise emerging throughout a long, mouth-filling finish.

Often this wine has Zinfandel taking the lead, but for 2021 the team opts for the Cabernet in front, and it shows itself to be a fine choice aromatically and on the palate.
