Papalin Jamaica High Ester 5 Year Rum (700ml)

The Papalin project continues in its quest to present the true representative blends of the islands. After Haiti and Reunion, it is time to return to Jamaica, with a 5-year double release with a different alcohol content.

Papalin Jamaica, in its 47° and 57° overproof versions, is produced from a blend of 63 ex-bourbon barrels from three different Jamaican distilleries, all selected by Luca Gargano.

This is a blend of high ester marks from three iconic Jamaican Distilleries.  Worthy Park WPL (60-119 gr/hlPA), Long Pond STCE (550-700 gr/hlPA), and Hampden C<>H (1,300-1,400 gr/hlPA).
