In 1977, won the world's first Monde Selection Gold Prize with sake. It has been going on for about 50 years. In addition, won many gold medals in domestic and foreign liquor competitions. this is Junmai Daiginjo representing Otokoyama. By polishing rice of Yamada Nishiki (38%) that meets our own standards, the reason for this supreme taste is that all the processes are performed manually. Please enjoy calm inclusive incense with an elegant taste that spreads richly.
Tasting Notes: Flavorful type. Purely elegant and harmonious aroma with a long finish. Perfectly balanced, velvety smooth texture. Very refreshing, subtle, and delicate flavors.

From Niigata, Fukushima, Toyama, and Ishikawa. Smooth and clean and dry and slightly fragrant. Representative Sake Brands: Shimeharitsuru and Kubota, or just about anything from Niigata.
The pure waters flowing off Daisetsu-zan are one reason that Asahikawa has long had a flourishing sake industry.
