Stellar example of the gorgeously aromatic sakes for which Fukushima is famed. Distinctly sweet at first sip, clean and smoothly balanced, finishes with finesse.
Rice polishing ratio 50% | 16% alc | acidity 1.3 | SMV -3 (slightly sweet)

A daiginjo in all but name, Yokikana pairs well with scallops, sea bream and abalone as well as seasonable vegetables and salads. Serve cool but not cold.

We say that this impressive brew blends bright honeysuckle and white florals with a deeply umami palate and a clean finish, imressive!

    Love this sake

    Traditional style sake that would qualify for daiginjo designation based on rice polishing percentage. Very aromatic, slightly sweet but not too sweet. One of the best and I’ve bought 4 bottles already. You should definitely try this.
