We say that this is one of the few seasonal sakes that we've tasted in the US which shows the characteristic freshness we expect of fresh sake. It combines aromas of creamy banana, melon, white chocolate and a hint of spicy white pepper. On the palate green wood and typical brashness shows brightly.
