Mezcal Union Uno Mezcal Joven (750ml)

Mezcal Unión Uno uses farm-grown maguey Espadin and wild maguey Cirial. This agave is cut and roasted for four days. The families that produce Union have several generations experience as their main craft. Union uses a collection of different producer-families in the region to produce their bottles. Earlier batches of Union Uno contained a third maguey: Barril.

Aromas include smoke, agave, vanilla, citrus, and occasional medicinal or acetone notes. Flavors feature smoke, agave, pepper, vanilla, citrus, and pine, often with a sweet, thin, or watery profile. Overall, it is widely considered an approachable, budget-friendly, and versatile entry-level mezcal. While some find it too light or simple, it is largely praised as a reliable staple for mixing or sipping.
