Made with 100% pure agave and formulated using a blend of Extra-Añejo, Añejo and Reposado tequilas, this exceptional tequila is unique. After the tequila has completed its aging process, it goes through a proprietary filtration process that allows us to selectively remove the color, while preserving the tequila’s complexity and smoothness. A complex mix of sweet flavors – caramel, honey and maple as well as nutty and vanilla notes. An indescribable smoothness and a long finish that leaves you wanting more. An outstanding mix of aromas are released from the wood and agave, including buttery notes of caramel, honey and maple, as well as nutty and fruity notes, a touch of cinnamon, almond and a slight hint of smokiness.

Distilled from the Blue Agave plant, Tequila is a uniquely Mexico spirit. Of the five provinces it is made in, Jalisco produces the most significant share. To be legally classified as a tequila it must contain at least 51% Blue Agave, however producers with ambitions to create Tequila with the fullest flavour will use 100% and advertise the fact on the front label. From youngest to oldest, the categories blanco, reposado, and anjeo reflect the degree of ageing. Blanco, also known as silver, is un-aged. Reposados and Anejos are usually aged in ex-bourbon casks with the former receiving anything between 2 and 11 months and the latter between 1 and 5 years. Ageing beyond 5 years tends to result in the Tequila loosing its agave character.

It’s a great choice for pretty much any tequila mixed drink. It’s smooth, accents citrus really well, and a solid price. Highly recommend.

A touch too sweet, strong and harsh. Not yet sure how to drink but only sipping for now.
