Jacob's Pardon pays tribute to the remarkable true story of brothers Jacob and Abner Taub, who crafted and bootlegged whiskey during Prohibition to support their family. After serving six years in prison following a 1929 sting operation, the brothers received a presidential pardon from Franklin D. Roosevelt, allowing them to rebuild their family business alongside their brother Martin. Their success with Baltimore Club Whiskey helped establish a whiskey legacy that continues today.
