An uncompromising Etna Rosso, a mirror of the harmonious landscape and the tiring work in the vineyard. Aetneus comes from monumental vineyards on the north side of the volcano: a lively, complex and elegant wine, of great aging.

This wine is a perfect virtual lens of its source, showing a slightly allium tinged, volcanic note at the start followed by savory tart red fruits like cherry and pomagranate.  In the mouth the texture is savory, fine-grained and very long with an echo of the volcanic soils.  While medium plus bodied the tannins are elegant and engaging.
