Galantas is produced from our organic vineyards in the Maipo Valley, in order to faithfully represent the Cabernet Franc of this territory along with a small percentage of Carménère. A wine capable of expressing the vibrant elegance and finesse of Cabernet in this unique terroir.

Galantas is red tending towards purple in color. The nose is spicy and fresh: notes of tobacco and roasted coffee merge with hints of dark berries. The palate is elegant with excellent structure and is defined by pleasant tannins accented by aromas of dark fruit, cassis, hints of graphite and spicy fresh notes. This red deftly balances finesse with structure and concentrated fruit. Opens with notes of petrichor, graphite and tobacco, while the palate gushes with juicy floral raspberry and strawberry flavors, revealing additional layers of pepper and wet stone that play out around spicy dark chocolate details and well-integrated tannins. A ripe and succulent interpretation of cabernet franc, the aromas of herbs and sweet spices (from the variety and probably from aging in oak for 14 months, respectively) add charm to the nose. The palate is ample and voluptuous, the 14.5º of alcohol are felt in the creamy texture but also in the warmth of the flavors. A great franc for cold winter days.
