Nose: Full and heady. A burst of mint and notes of ripe mango appear, followed by a deeper,
richer layer of quince, bramble jam, and orange marmalade.
Palate: Rich and dense. The flavor palette is full of energy, with a tropical fruit like coconut
and passion fruit. A surprising twist of chocolate, earthy undertones, and a hint of thyme add
complexity.
Finish: Long and rich. The palette intensifies with rich dark chocolate character, spicy ginger
and cinnamon notes, stretching into decadent stewed raisin, dates and roasted walnut.
