Fragrant nose with expressive aromas of fresh white fruits and flowers, lemon candy, peaches and anise. Vibrant and well defined.
This is an expressive Albariño, with lively aromas of white flowers, lime, honeydew and sage. Good acidity lifts ripe lemon, peaches, and orange zest on the palate. It has a lingering finish with hints of dried herbs. — Jesica Vargas

Bursting with sunshine and refreshing fruit, Albariño is the main grape of Spain's north western region of Rias Baixas. Typical aromas of stone and citrus fruit are complemented with an exhilarating acidity. Called Alvarinho across the border in Portugal, it is also bottled as a varietal and an important blending component in good quality Vinho Verde. DNA profiling suggests it is identical to the Savagnin grown in France's Jura region, which is also Alsace as Traminer, the Gewurztraminer descended from.

White wine is a wine whose color can be pale-yellow, yellow-green, and yellow-gold colored. The wine is produced from a variety of grape varieties. The flavor and color comes from the juice of the grape and sometimes the skin of the grape as well. Interestingly, not all white wine comes from white grapes. Some select red grapes are used as in Champagne.
