This small batch release of Fukano Whisky (limited to 3000 bottles) has been created in collaboration with Women Who Whiskey club to celebrate the career of Chizuru Fukano, who is the former and recently retired Managing Director of Fukano Distillery. This 100% rice whisky is matured in a combination of refill bourbon, Manzanilla sherry, and red wine casks. No age statement provided.

Refreshing fruity esters of peach, lemon, lime, taffy, marshmallow, and spring florals on the nose, plus light vanilla, fresh-brewed coffee, and a smudge of dry spice. Juicy apple and pear flavors, tart citrus, lime zest, sweet bubble gum, peppery and herbal notes, and finally, creamy vanilla followed by a mouth-wateringly juicy finish with further wood spices.
