Forthave Single Batch Four (Genepy Amaro) - NV (375ml)

A unique, single batch floral amaro over three years in the making.  Starting with genepi flowers, followed on by lavender, cherry blossoms, elderflowers, chamomile, rose petals and more.  After assembling a bitter bass note was needed and a months long maceration of Gentian root was added.  It was then sweetened with a combination of grape must and raw cane sugar before being left to rest for several months prior to bottling.

It can be used in place of a floral liqueur such as elderflower liqueur or in lieu of a white bitter like a Gentiane. Three years in the making, there are only 2412 bottles of FOUR available.
