Born from our Experimental Distillery's 91st barrel ever made, our signature high malt bourbon starts with a foundation of Tennessee-grown corn from Catesa Farms in Riddleton, Tennessee. Containing 3 unique specialty malts - toasted rye malt, toasted honey malt, and roasted caramel malt - this combination of flavor grains perfectly complement our trademarked Tennessee High Malt process. Finally, three unique entry proofs and a combination of charred + custom toasted-and-charred barrels create layer upon layer of complexity - perfect with classic American fare such as loaded hamburgers, aged clothbound cheddar or apple pie a la mode.
