Made from a blend of Grillo and Cattarato this was aged for 5 years in a combination of Slavonian & Cherry wood casks.  It is dry and perfect for matching a cheese course, with dried fruits and roasted nuts or paired with a creamy soup.

    Fortify your Dinner

    Pour this as a tasting before dinner because, so few seem to indulge in the fortified wine culture, and this provides those who do not an opportunity to taste something nice. And for the dinner use it to make and serve Chicken Marsala (Once Upon a Chef has an excellent recipe).
