Callejo Flores de Callejo - 2025 (750ml)

A refined expression of young-vine Tinto Fino, Flores de Callejo captures the character of Ribera del Duero’s high-altitude vineyards with remarkable freshness and poise. Sourced from parcels at 830–850 metres on sandy and clay soils, it offers an elegant interplay of ripe dark fruit, savory spice, and mineral freshness.

The nose opens with dark florals, black cherry, blackberry and raspberry, complemented by notes of licorice, cocoa and wild rosemary. On the palate, the wine is supple and fleshy, with finely structured tannins and vibrant acidity providing definition and lift. A subtle juniper and herbal character emerges through the finish, adding complexity to the generous fruit.

Aged for five months, in a combination of stainless steel and 500-liter oak barrels, the wine retains its freshness and purity while gaining a discreet layer of texture and spice. Charming yet structured, it is an expressive and polished example of contemporary Ribera del Duero.
