The whiskey is comprised of four parcels from Beam’s Clermont warehouses, averaging 7 years and 7 months in age. In classic Booker’s fashion, it’s a big one with plenty of heat, but the flavors burst through the proof to offer nougat, vanilla, warm chocolate, and sweet orange, balanced by dried herbs, oak, and tobacco, leading to an explosive finish.
