Bodegas Vinas de Oro Pisco Quebranta (750ml)

Production Process

Quebranta Grapes are harvested between February and April.  They are pressed in an Italian wine press yielding a concentrated juice with no hint of astringency 

This undergoes fermentation with the Natural Yeast From the Grape for 7 to 15 Days in Steel Tanks

Following distillation, the resulting liquid is aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.
