    Good, not great, red that opens with rich food

    I first encountered this read at a Michelin restaurant. When I ordered it afterwards, it is not nearly as good as I recalled. And don’t get me wrong, it is a very good normal, bold, Spanish red. It does better when paired with a rich meal, as it gives the tenants something to work with. Otherwise, overpriced for what it is.
