Blue Run KS Bourbon 'Chosen 3' Nationals Barrel Pick (White Butterfly) (750ml)

This is a privately selected barrel for the Washington Nationals exclusively for the Season Plan Holders. 

The nose of this Blue Run Bourbon single barrel opens with inviting
aromas of vanilla, caramel, and baking spices, intertwined with notes
of marzipan, burnt sugar, and toasted hazelnut. A subtle sweetness of
honey and powdered sugar lingers, setting the stage for a complex
palate. On the first sip, a wave of sweetness unfolds, quickly giving
way to a delightful blend of spiced maple candy, lemon oil, and toasted
oak. Notes of toasted banana and golden raisin add depth, while the
rye grain emerges with hints of baking spices and nutmeg. The finish is
long and memorable, with vibrant citrus notes and spices taking the
lead. Toasted hazelnut and white chocolate-covered graham cracker
flavors linger, accompanied by a lasting cardamom essence. This
whiskey offers a fine tuned balance of sweet, spicy, and citrusy
elements, making it a truly enjoyable and multi-layered Bourbon

Blue Run Spirits was founded by five people with one shared passion - great whiskey.

Where did the name come from? Georgetown, Kentucky's Royal Spring — what cofounder Jesse McKnight called the “Blue Run” as a kid — home to the birthplace of bourbon back in 1789. We hope you enjoy our fine bourbons and rye whiskies as much as we enjoy producing them.
