Bright, fresh, and wonderfully lively, this elegant Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé offers an appealing alternative to Champagne with plenty of Burgundy character. The nose is delicate and inviting, revealing fresh raspberry, blackcurrant, and bright citrus aromas, complemented by a subtle floral note.

On the palate, fine, persistent bubbles bring energy and lift, while vibrant red berry and citrus flavors unfold with refreshing acidity. The texture is crisp and lively, with a beautifully balanced finish that is both clean and fruit-driven.

Crafted from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grown on calcareous-clay soils, each variety is vinified separately to preserve its individual character. The base wine spends 8–9 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by a minimum of 12 months of aging before disgorgement and an additional three months of bottle aging before release. A restrained dosage of 5–8 g/L keeps the wine fresh and precise.
