Altos de Cristimil Albarino White Label - 2024 (750ml)

For more than 100 years we made wines in the traditional method with excellent results, but distribution was limited to the province of Pontevedra. To bring our wines to a wider international audience, we founded the Altos de Cristimil winery in the "Rias Baixas” denomination. We use the most modern methods and winemaking techniques, which extract the maximum potential from our grapes while respecting their natural character. The partial cold maceration and combination of our different coupages, balanced in ideal proportions allows for singular fruit expression, aromatic complexity and freshness.

Bright, vibrant, and unmistakably coastal, this Albariño opens with expressive aromas of fresh lemon, ripe peach, honeydew melon, and subtle herbal notes. The palate is crisp and energetic, offering layers of juicy citrus and stone fruit supported by refreshing acidity and a distinctive mineral backbone. A few months on the fine lees lend a gentle creaminess and added depth without sacrificing the wine's lively freshness. The finish is long, clean, and elegantly balanced, making this a superb companion to oysters, shrimp, grilled fish, ceviche, or fresh goat cheese.
