They are loamy-clay soils, with limestone bottoms, very loose and poor soils, with great freshness due to the limestone and the altitude. FIELD BLEND of Tinto Fino, Garnacha and Albillo Mayor, co-fermented in concrete tanks and rested in different containers, fudres, concrete and large barrels, to preserve the landscape of Sotillo de la Ribera”
