Bodegas Salceda B.R.O.T. Blanc Inicial - 2022 (750ml)

Winemaker's Note:

This is a wine with minimal intervention. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Slow and controlled cold fermentation helps to improve the texture and smoothness without working with lees, thus preserving freshness. The Riesling is gently clarified to obtain a clean, delicate wine that reflects its variety. The Macabeo, with a less demanding clarification process, enhances its weight and personality. Later, without carrying out battonages, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees and those of other wines in the range to increase its volume and depth.

A vibrant white with an intense and expressive nose that stands out for notes of ripe citrus and exotic fruits (pineapple), accompanied by hints of bay leaves and Mediterranean herbs, with subtle floral nuances (lilac). It exhibits a good balance between the two varieties. This wine is fresh, vertical and with great tension, marked by good acidity that makes it dynamic and fresh. The finish is extremely salty.
