Our wines come from the Ruwer Valley, a side valley of the Moselle, characterized by slate soils and a unique, cool microclimate. We carefully hand-pick and select our grapes and work with minimal yields, using only the finest fruit. Our vineyards are cultivated according to biodynamic principles, and the wines are produced in a purist style. Sustainability, responsibility, and fair cooperation are our top priorities.
Karthäuserhof BRUT – minerally fine, made from Riesling 80% and Pinot Blanc 20% (60 years old), characterized by precise acidity, citrus notes and 36 months of yeast storage.
