Can Sumoi Ancestral Montonega - 2021 (750ml)

100% organic methods, grown and harvested by hand with minimal inputs.  This is a naturally produced sparkling wine that is dry, lower alcohol and with fermentation finishing in the bottle for a softly creamy foam texture. 

Winemaker's note:

We like to define this Ancestral Montònega as a fun and enjoyable sparkling: because it's fresh, it's tart and it's honest, but above all because it's easy to drink, despite being a more complex wine than it apparently seems.
