Tasting Notes: A zesty Sauvignon Blanc with notes of lemon-lime, fresh nectarine, dandelion, and a lively texture.

Winemaking Notes: Everyone knows French, New Zealand, and Californian Sauvignon Blanc–but why not Oregon? Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc comes out of a fun collaboration with the incredible team at Northwest Wine Co. under the direction of winemaker Anne Sery (whose own Sauvignon Blanc, L’Umami, we’ve fallen in love with!). We landed on two different vineyard sources: the Barakel Vineyard situated right next to the Willamette River and the iconic Eola Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. Utilizing a blend of Stainless Steel tanks and Neutral French Oak barrels, we aimed to craft a Sauvignon Blanc with citrusy freshness, captivating texture, and incredibly lifted aromatics.
