The 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a lovely, fresh nose of black currant, cherry, black peppercorn, anise, forest, carnation, and wet stones. The palette entry is silky and vibrant, with supple, mouth-coating tannins that lift flavors of black currant, black cherry, pepper, graphite, and pipe tobacco. Pure flavors persist through its long finish. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from across our vineyard sites is a reflection of the 2021 vintage as a whole in the Napa Valley. Lower yields created a high concentration of flavor and density to the wines from this vintage.
