Bright in colour with medium intensity, showing vibrant purplish-red reflections. On the nose, it opens with aromas of small red berries and pomegranate juice, accompanied by the unmistakable violet note typical of quality Sangiovese. Subtle hints of vanilla
and delicate oak tones from a well-judged, unobtrusive ageing in wood enrich the aromatic profile. On the palate, the entry is lively and well-balanced. The taste is expressive and crisp, revealing sweet notes of ripe cherry, plum jam, and nuances of liquorice on the finish. The body is dynamic and elegant, supported by well-defined tannins and a smooth, enveloping texture. A fresh streak of acidity carries the persistent finish, leaving a pleasant desire to return to the glass.
