Winemaker's Notes:

Our Multi-Vintage V.5 Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine that is shaped by the cool, coastal air wafting through the Willamette Valley. From the first impression, this wine announces its origins. The nose opens with wild blueberry, crimson cranberry, and jewel-like pomegranate, lifted by a delicate thread of green tea and the unmistakable freshness of ocean air; Terroir you can sense before the first sip.

On the palate, silk and satin. Refined and quietly complex, it unfolds in layers rather than a single line, with graceful roundness unveiling lavender and just-picked raspberry. A saline minerality carries through from nose to finish, drawing the entire experience into seamless harmony.

This fourth edition of the NV Evenstad Reserve Brut Rosé (M.V. 4) is composed mostly of Pinot Noir with a smaller portion of Chardonnay and comes mostly from the 2018 vintage. It spent 37 months en tirage and received eight grams of dosage. Pale cherry-pink, it releases aromas of caramel apples, freshly baked bread and wet stone. The light-bodied palate is dry and energetic with fluffy mousse and spicy flavors, and it has a long, savory finish. 737 cases were made. Erin Brooks

Pale salmon-orange in appearance. The nose gives aromas of strawberries, watermelon rind, pastry and rose petals. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy texture, focused acidity and a finely beaded mousse. Very generous and fresh. Drink now.
