Produced from old vines grown in, perhaps the best site of Morgon, Corcellette. The vines are trained l'ancienne or in the ancient goblet method with no supports on pink granite soils. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches from hand-harvested clusters, then aged for 12 months in used barrels from Burgundy. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
