Vintage Mixed Cases

We recently acquired a beautifully stored private collection that contained an eclectic mix of wines from around the world. Some were incredibly valuable (First Growths and Grand Crus), others more modest, yet all thoughtfully stored from vintages ranging from the 1980's to present.
 
Since the cellar contained many vintage wines (1980's - early 2000's) from both small and iconic wineries across the globe, we we decided to put together some surprise vintage twelve-bottle mixed cases for the curious among you to explore and enjoy. If you have been wondering about older wines, generally enjoy mature wines, want to have a fun tasting experience with friends and family, or simply are feeling adventurous, these mixed cases present a perfect opportunity to explore the world of wine at large and to learn about different vintages and age worthiness along the way.

A few disclaimers worth noting: First, we cannot guarantee that every bottle in each case is going to blow you away (though many likely will!)—there may even be a few duds along the way. However, given that this risk is part of the adventure of buying mature wines, we decided to separate the cases into price tiers, all of which contain a wide range of regions, styles, producers, and varieties. Thus, while the range of wines within the mixed cases from this cellar are wide (1980's - current), we are confident that these cases at each price tier will offer great value for those that are either curious about or already enjoy drinking mature wines, even if a couple bottles in the case are not to your liking.
