Vibrant notes of citrus fruit with a hint of nutmeg and white pepper to round off.
Glencadam Information
Glencadam's reputation is definitely growing, approximately 200 years after its founding, as a result of its increased presence in the single malt market giving more and more people the chance to taste the fruity, floral spirit.
Its current era began when it was purchased by London-based Angus Dundee in 2003. Angus Dundee’s blending lab is now located at the distillery.

Product Review
A spectacular Lowland scotch bottled at cask strength. This scotch has aromas of banana, gooseberry, and a citrus zest that leads a light complex palate of crème brulee with a hint of ginger and spices. The Cadenhead Auchentoshan 15 has a medium dry finish that reveals a bit of pepper and lemongrass.
210 Bottles Produced
55.1% Alcohol/vol
Although Lowland Scotland used to be a hive of activity when it came to whisky production, there are now only three distilleries in operation. Auchentoshan, just west of Glasgow, Bladnoch, in Wigtown on the Solway Firth, and Glenkinchie, 30 minutes drive east from Edinburgh. Although mothballed, occasionally rare bottlings from the Littlemill, Rosebank, and St. Magdalene distilleries will appear on the market. Lowlands are very slightly peated and generally light in body but can offer expressive aroma of grass, flowers, citrus, and apple.
Single malts, made by a single distillery and from 100% malted barley, comprise the majority of our selection. However you will also find a number of popular blended Scotches as well as some very special one-off, single barrel, single malts from independent bottlers.
