The spirit of millennnary culture. Mar-'a'- kame is the name of the shaman of the proud & ancient huichol tribe of Mexico. More than medicine men or healers, Mara'kames were & remain spiritual teachers, keepers of the tribe history & link to the huichol god & godesses. In order to become a great Mara'kame, long years of intense physical, mental & spiritual preparations are required. As an acknowledgement of such effort & the cultural importance of this figure, we have named the most precious tequila after him. The huichol culture & our tequila are both proud representatives of the State of Jalisco, in the rich Mexican culture that defines them.

Lively aromas and flavors of dried stone fruits, suede, spiced nut brittle, and crème brulee with a satiny, lively, fruity medium-full body and an elegant finish that presents suggestions of figs and dates, vanilla cola, pepper and chalk.
