Created with 21 botanicals, with key flavors foraged around Kinsale, SummerCove Kinsale Gin is a London Dry Gin (so nothing is added after distillation). Botanicals in SummerCove Kinsale Gin are carefully dried from their natural state before being distilled and include exotics such as dried whole limes, natural vanilla, lemongrass and spearmint.

APPEARANCE
Clear.

AROMA
Juniper forward quickly followed by citrus from bitter orange and lemon peel with a complex spiciness and a freshness from spearmint.

TASTE
Smooth mouthfeel with an immediate burst of flavor. Plenty of straightforward fruitiness from berries, apples and citrus fruits.  Unusual fruity tones coming from lemon verbena and lemon balm amongst others; floral undertones from meadowsweet and elderflower. Followed by earthy spices from roots and seeds.

FINISH
Reassuring warmth of sultry spice flavors from roots and seeds, which give way to a touch of juniper, complemented by a taste of whole dried lime and lemon and vanilla from Madagascar.
