Gin meets whiskey in Journeyman’s certified kosher and organic barrel-aged Bilberry Black Hearts Gin, aged for up to one year in new white oak barrels. Uniquely different from traditional un-aged gin, our barrel-aged Bilberry Black Hearts Gin spends up to a year in new white oak barrels. While others might age their gin in used whiskey or wine barrels, we prefer new American white oak to impart the flavors of wood and char without the influence of aged whiskey.
