These delightful pickles come from Maison Marc, a favorite among gastronomes, Michelin-starred chefs, and fans of French terroir.

This family-run business grows its Cucumis Sativus without pesticides, herbicides, or preservatives and always hand-harvests in Burgundy.

Expect intense, herbaceous notes of juniper and anise, followed by the vinegary and green character of the pickle, which adds a saline dimension. The finish is long and persistent, with subtle hints of mustard and pearl onions.
