Following the night harvest, direct pressing to keep all the freshness of our berries and a beautiful pale color The grapes are vinified separately The temperature is maintained at 15 C 16 C, after cold removal. The malolactic fermentation is blocked The wine is then filtered naturally and then bottled. 

Beautiful pale, shiny pink, with salmony glints. An expressive nose on juicy notes of pink grapefruit. A loose mouth mixing the sweetness of the citrus and the crunchy of small red fruits such as gooseberry.
