Produced from 100% organically grown grapes.  The wine is a blend of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Sangiovese.  The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 6-9 months with monthly racking and aeration. Sulphur is limited to maximum of 80 ppm total.

The 2022 Rosso Piceno mixed wild strawberries with violets, lavender and hints of crushed stone to the form its inviting bouquet. This displays a lovely inner sweetness and silly textures that perfectly contrast its tart wild berry fruits. The 2022 cleans up nicely, leaving a staining of primary concentration and mildly grippy tannins. In the end, the palate is decently refreshed. - Eric Guideo May 2024
